Find Some Friends
Having at least one ‘fitness buddy’ will double your chances of sticking with a diet and exercise program. Ask one of your wedding party to join you! Exercise will be more enjoyable, and you will be accountable to someone else for turning up at the gym and sticking to a good eating plan.
Incorporate a good eating plan
If you want to lose some weight before your wedding, remember that diet contributes to about 75% of weight loss. In order to lose some weight AND stay healthy follow a sensible calorie controlled diet with good fats and plenty of nutrients. If you try cutting out too much food you won’t have enough energy to cope with pre-wedding organising and nerves, let alone follow an exercise program.
Design the Right Workout Plan
Are you wearing a strapless wedding dress? Design a workout that will focus on toning your arms and upper body. Are you wearing something clingy or a dress with a defined waist? Exercises that concentrate on toning up your mid-section will be the way to go.
